Hands on & lecture stations where kids will learn the ins & outs of tires, brakes & alignments, then jump in and help with a repair.

We were thrilled to welcome Paul Danner, aptly known as "Scanner Danner" as our guest speaker in 2023!
PIT CREW CHALLENGE
Together, the kids will learn team building. We'll time Nascar type rotates for groups and hand out some fun awards.
CAMP AGENDA
CAMP DRIVE
DAY 1
Camp will run from 8:30 to 4:30, with registration beginning at 8:00. During the day, there will be a guest speaker, tool truck tours, and 5 hands-on sessions for each attendee. All meals and snacks will be provided.
DAY 2
Camp will run from 8:30 to 1:00. During the day, there will be 3 hands-on sessions for each attendee. We will end the day with a fun pit crew competition. Awards will be presented from 12:30-1:00 and parents/guardians are encouraged to attend the awards ceremony.
Each attendee will be required to wear close toed shoes and long pants both days. Camp Drive will provide the necessary safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves and ear protection.

Paul Danner aptly nicknamed "ScannerDanner" is an ASE L1 certified Master Tech with 25+ years of experience in the field and 17+ years teaching at Rosedale Technical College in Pittsburgh, PA. He began a Youtube channel full of classroom lessons and real life repairs that has become widely popular in the industry, with over 364,000 followers. His motto "don't be a parts changer" has become a rallying cry for technicians who want to bring change to an industry that often get's pulled down by the shade tree mechanic reputation. We believe Paul's passion for teaching and learning will make him the perfect speaker for the first ever Camp Drive!
